Lack of Photoshop Ability Forces Chinese Government to Tell Truth. Just This One Time.

While China may be poised to overtake the US as the world's largest economy and potentially become the planet's foremost superpower, it's clear that the communist government's emphasis on science and technology education has come at the expense of creativity. As this article shows, the Chinese government's latest attempt to lie to it's constituents was undermined by their inability to execute basic photoshop.

The desperate need for basic creative skills must be why the Rowan's opened a division of SCAD in Hong Kong. Well, that or they just couldn't make ends meet on their $2 million salary and unlimited use of a corporate jet so they found another way to generate revenue for themselves/the school.
